Welcome to ATCG group

The Analysis Tools in Crop Genomics (ATCG) group at Anhui Agricultural University (AHAU, China) aims at the research of applying software tools and developing new methodologies to further knowledge of gene/protein function and cellular networks. Our purpose is not only to facilitate bioinformatics tasks, but also explore the evolution of crop genomes from the very origins of biochemical systems through to the present day. Currently, the group is widely providing support for laboratories as well as the entire college.

Furthermore, the group is strongly associated with School of Computer and Information at HFUT. Also, it ties to Hefei National Laboratory for Physical Sciences at the Microscale (HFNL) at University of Science and Technology of China (USTC, China) and Boyce Thompson Institute for Plant Research (BTI), Cornell University (USA).
